I Love Nike shoes and products, however I am part of the "petite" or small person community and have been very saddened by the shift to "Velcro" style closures being put on preschool sized shoes, while I understand the rationale that these are made with children in mind, I am an adult who fits a size 2Y shoe and have had to stop purchasing a lot of your products as id prefer to have some laces to tie and feel silly wearing Velcro laced shoes in public. I hope this is taken into consideration since it could impact sales/limit patronage. I also understand the Velcro is a feature that may be inclusive of those with limited mobility so I do not expect it to be fully removed, however, having the option to choose the closure type would be amazing and truly inclusive of various communities.
