Having shorts underneath make it perfect for school or just going out with friends. Comfortable elastic waist band and eyelet material. Can be paired with tights for winter wear as well.

Unfortunately it didn’t say this was a children’s product when I claimed it, so I will have to find someone to give it to. Super cute, wish it would fit me!
