My Nature-loving Kid Lived in These
My kiddo wore these almost daily between 5-6 years old. They fit great and he and I were able to enjoy longer hikes because of the great support and kept his feet warm and dry. He also had outdoor camp all summer and wore them nearly day for 6 hrs a day.

Strap hole fell apart
Bought these in February. Today, the strap on one shoe came right off. They still look new when on and lightly used on the heel. Surprised that it just fell apart. Is that normal for the material to just disintegrate?

HUGE design flaw
Boots are great in theory… but HUGE design flaw. The elastic laces are not adjustable?! And are quite loose for a bungee lace… more for looks than function- they serve no purpose.
My 7yo put these boots on and it was like she was walking around with untied boots. The footbed of the boot fit true to size and the ankle strap did hold her heel in place but the rest of the boot was not secure by any means. There is no way she could safely hike in these. She would have been a blistered mess from all the friction from any hike. Maybe flat terrain/ play but these are definitely not for up/downhill terrain. Wanted to love but unfortunately it’s a no.
