Great 25 Dollar Anniversary Sale Item

My kids love these rain boots. The box they come in is cute as well. Like how easy they are to get on and off. Good value for 25 dollars on the anniversary sale. I would not pay full price. They are a basic rain boot.

Dirty, worn shoes

I'm not sure what I'm missing but I've ordered and reordered this boot and both times the soles were clearly dirty--they looked like they had been worn in some fashion and had a dark outline with dirt. It's strange that both pairs were like this!
