Order twice. Still got the wrong item.
I ordered the camo print with the brown plush earflaps but ended up with the one with green earflaps. Second order was the same. I even requested "the gift message" with note asking the Nordstrom team to ship the correct item, in hope that they read it and check. But alas, I still didn't get the hat that I want. So frustrating..

Warm winter cap
I bought this for my grandson who is 6. I decided to get the larger size rated for 10 year olds and glad I did because it has a drawstring adjustment and fits fine. He liked the old one that I got him two years ago with the lava like color. He should get several years of use.
