Disappointing
I purchased this for my 8yo for our upcoming trip to Hawaii/family beach photos. The color is beautiful but that’s where the positives end. The 8-9Y size hit my daughter mid thigh like a mini dress and we were hoping for more knee length/just below the knee. The top of the dress is very small even with the smocking. It’s a great idea, but the follow through on the cut & sizing of this dress falls short.
