Adorable blue floral dress with tulle skirt!
I bought this dress in size 2-3Y for my granddaughter who will be 2 soon and is tall and thin for her age. The colors are gorgeous and I can’t wait for her to wear it for her birthday. I expect it will be a perfect fit and the colors are lovely for a winter celebration.
