Perfect and just what she wanted!
I searched quite a bit for a cool robe my 9 year old daughter. (She had outgrown a jersey robe with sherpa lining from RH.) Not very many interesting options out there. At all. THIS was just the ticket! SUPER soft, great pattern (the Tan Animal Dot). She didn't want to take it off! Very pleased. (FWIW, I bought the size 14-16 for my 9 year old and yes, it's too big but not so big that she can't wear it.)

Great quality!
The robe is very plush and soft. It is a thicker and better quality than previous kids robes we’ve had for our children. This one seems to run slightly big but I am fine with it because that means she’ll have it a bit longer to grow into.

These robes are the best! They are soft and thick. They last forever. I bought my 4 and 6 year old each one...5 years ago. Just replaced them and only because they outgrew them! My 4 year old's original robe was white. She's a wild child, messy and rough on her clothes. That robe never held a stain or lost its thick, fluffy softness! Trust me, it was washed a lot in 5 years! I was worried these robes would be different after reading some not so favorable reviews but the current robe is just as plush and well made as my original purchase. My kids love them! Highly recommend. I would repurchase but i doubt my kids will be in kids sizes when they finally outgrow these.

New favorite robe! The cozy fleece is a plush, medium weight. I didn’t realize it had a hood until I received it and I like that feature. I ordered the size 14-16 for myself. I’m a petite woman (5’2” and 100lbs) and the size fits me perfectly. The animal print is also fun and colorful!
