Shoe size is off
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Followed Melissa’s instructions on measuring my grandchild’s foot and ordered the size corresponding to the measurement of her foot. The shoe is much too large. This is the third pair of shoes that I’ve ordered according to your measurements and found to be too large.
