Disappointed - Received used pants!
Disappointed with my recent Nordstrom order. I received used pants for my daughter—there are obvious signs, including the tag being attached incorrectly, red paint on the fabric, and evidence that they have been washed. My daughter was really excited about these pants, so this is especially upsetting. Overall, the pants would be a great buy given the material, but they do run small. I’ll be more cautious with future orders from Nordstrom.
