It's a poor quality men's XL size
Bought for a child, labeled as "big kids" size and fits loosely on my oversized adult male head. It also is a poor quality felt hat that looks to have been sitting around for quite some time. You'd be better off finding one at a costume or toy store. Also the trim is pink and I definitely thought it was brown from the picture on the site.
