Kids' Cloud Soft Zip-Up Hoodie

This sweatshirt is very cute but the zipper pull fell off the first time I washed it. Nordstrom used to have great customer service, so I was really disappointed when they told me my only options were to (a) go to the store (honestly, who wants to or has the time to go to the mall?! ) or (b) send it back and place a new order for a new item, but just for my information, it might not get approved as a return when I do send it back and there is just no way to know before I mail it back, in which case I guess I have then paid for two low quality sweatshirts? It's too bad because my kid loves thumbholes, but no way I will order again. Buyer beware on item quality and getting a problem resolved.
