great arch support
I thought the taupe would be closer to the brown or fawn-colored side of the taupe family, but they have fairly strong gray undertones. They are still an attractive neutral, and are incredibly comfortable. I don't think I've ever owned shoes with such great arch support--especially sandals, which are usually the worst offenders.

Comfort and style, but runs small
The former insert of the sandal is very comfortable. The material is durable. They are the best sandal for a lot of occasions. They do however run small. I would recommend going up a size.
