The built in shorts are definitely a plus and the ruffles flow in so beautifully. The dress is true to size and with the material being stretchable, it will give her room to grow in and wear it for longer.

I was afraid it was going to be too short on my tall daughter but it's the perfect length for summer. The dress fits well in the waist but it's a little loose in the top. It has adjustable straps and is double lined but there's no shelf bra which is unfortunate. The built-in shorts are a great feature but they only included one pocket. Overall, I would recommend this dress.
