Kickback Ottoman Half Zip Pullover

I was so excited for the pullover. The color is so perfect for fall the cut is great but the quality is terrible. I wore this once and it is pilling all over. Very disappointing and not the quality I expecte from Nordstrom

I normally don't write reviews but I felt like I should given my experience with this specific item. I recently became a fan of the Zella brand after making an impulse purchase at Nordstrom's, and finding that I loved how comfortable the clothes are. I went on to buy more Zella items after that including this pullover, which I bought in a burgundy color to match heathered Zella leggings. I really liked the pullover -- the first time I wore it. Once I washed it, however, it pilled all over, which made it look very worn and cheap. I think the fabric choice is, unfortunately, the issue with this item. The cord at the waist also came out in the wash; normally, I would try to reinsert it but I'm not even sure I'm going to wear this item again given how it looks now. Given the price tag of this item and the positive experiences I've had with other Zella products, I really didn't expect to be so disappointed with this pullover. If you're considering buying it, I'd recommend you make a different choice.

This is not the best quality. I had to write a review because it immediately started pulling and looked cheap. I feel like I can't wear it in public anymore. It is not the same quality as previous Zella sweatshirts.

This is adorable, got many compliments. However, I am knocking 2 stars off for 2 reasons. For $90 the materal tends t o “pill” and even unravel a little after one washing. Also, the string on the bottom that ties came completely out after one washing…I had to feed it back through which took forever. So now I have to tie it tight when I wash it so the string doesn’t come out. Overall it’s cute and comfortable but for $90 it shouldn’t pill or have the string come out after one wash.

I’m so disappointed. I didn’t have time to read the reviews, I bought this last minute while on vacation since I needed a sweater. I wore this for maybe 6 hours, literally doing nothing but standing around talking to friends and drinking. When I got home, and into the light, I could not believe what this sweater looked like. For the price, I expected great quality. It pilled SO BAD. All over. It looked like it had been through some serious living. So embarrassing. I’m so mad for how much I paid for this. The sweater felt great on, I loved the drawstring at the bottom. But I have had better quality at Old Navy, or even Target. Do yourself a favor and just spend the money at Lululemon or Fabletics. I’ve never had any of their clothes do this.

I LOVED this sweater when it arrived. I wore it twice and noticed it was pilling significantly. Washed by hand and hung dry but not comfortable wearing out of the house now because this sweater looks 2 years old. For the price this is not acceptable. I ordered a second one, but it will be going back.
