The formula also contains vitamin E to nourish and condition, and mineral oil and dimethicone for smooth, precise, effortless application.
How to use: Apply directly onto lids, smoothly rolling on color with the rollerball. Or, hold the rollerball downward while gently tapping to allow the loose shadow pigment to disburse onto a mixing palette.
