What it does: Its wax-based formula seamlessly fills in sparse areas to define and shape arches and dries to a semi-matte finish with no visible lines. Perfect for creating runway eyebrows, it features an angled brush on the opposite end to ensure soft, blended coverage, and is formulated to be waterproof so it stays on all day despite moisture, heat and humidity.
How to use: Apply desired amount to brows to enhance shape. Keep the cap on to prevent drying. You can also use it around your lip line to prevent lip color from bleeding.
