Layer the powder and the cream shadows to create customized eye-catching hues, or wear each alone. The shades can be used wet or dry and offer long-lasting performance.
How to use: Use the powder shadows wet or dry. Layer the Cream Foil Eyeshadow with the powder shadows to add metallic reflective shine. Use your finger or a brush to blend Cream Foil. Use dry, with water or mixing medium to create paint color and longer-lasting performance.
