Perfection
I started a new job recently that will have me traveling to Norway and London a few times a year and I needed a new raincoat. This one is perfect! Gorgeous vibrant red that shockingly acts as a neutral, and the weight is great. Seems like it would work for almost all seasons over there with the right layers. Pricey but worth it IMO.
