IPL Multifunction Handset Device for Painless Hair Removal

NOTE: I'm writing this review prior to using the device and will update it after I use it 4-6 weeks for effectiveness (unless I decide to return it). All the reviews on Nordstrom, with the the exception of one, are pulled from the Kenzzi site, which I anticipate are filtered and unreliable. Everything about this product feels cheap: The packaging, presentation, instructions, and parts. The device feels like cheap plastic - it is very light weight and feels like it could easily break if dropped. The instruction card is about the size of an index card with ~4 pt. font and doesn't give much detail. The card does include a QR code to read the lengthier manual online. The device comes with three attachments that target different outcomes: (1) Anti-acne, (2) Age spot and skin rejuvenation, and (3) Hair removal. You can see two of the lenses in the product image and there is one on the handset by default. Two of the lens colors in the image are blue and purple. In person, they are far more iridescent and appear peach/pink in most lighting. They look really similar and aren't labeled by product number or purpose. The third attachment on my device does not have a lens at all - it's hollow or open (you can stick your finger through it). It seems like there should be something there. I don't know if it is broken or missing a piece and I didn't see anything in the Q&As or reviews. This device does not come with eye protection like other brands. The website said it is not needed since it will not work unless it is pressed firmly against your skin. If you decide to purchase separately, the card shows the wavelength is 510 - 1100 nm and you can find some relatively inexpensive goggles online. The product is imported, but does not say from where. The instructions say you can use it anywhere below your upper lip safely.

bought the kenzzi, felt a little skeptical as I wasn't sure how well it would work compared to previously getting clinical laser therapy a few years ago! Its honestly awesome! Ive used it 3 times over the past 4 weeks and have already noticed thinning, patchiness & decreased rate of hair growth! The only downside is that it can take awhile to perform the removal if you use it on larger parts of your body, but its well worth it!
