love this style

It is a bit small and on the narrow side so I did size up a whole size. Love that it’s not tight around my ankles. I loved this western style so much I bought two. My first purchase was in dark brown in store and my second purchase was online in the onyx color. Definitely recommend. My best purchase of the Nordstrom sale.

PLEASE HIRE QUALITY ASSURANCE in SHIPPING

I am dumbfounded how this could even happen, but I got a size 6 and a 6 1/2 and what I believe to be the same color yet the colors were different in some form of fashion. After reading the comment about getting two different colors. I’m just really disappointed in Nordstrom — please get it together! The boot itself is nice. Just wish I had gotten the same size and the trouble it takes to return it being that I don’t live there makes it a hassle to enjoy.

Too big

Loved these online, couldn’t decide between the dark brown or taupe so I ordered both to try. They were made really big, ordered my true size but they slipped up & down on back of foot. I was so disappointed.

almost a 5/5

These boots would have been 5 stars however there was a clear quality control issue with multiple boots. I tried on three different pairs and all had some form of scratch on the heel. Usually an 8 1/2 opted for the 9 as they are slightly narrow. Still love them!!

Sent two different colors. One tan, one brown
