Insufficient lining and challenging buttons
The lining for this coat was not sufficient to combat the itchiness of the wool, which is dense and scratchy. I also found the buttons impractical to use. They were difficult to fasten and unfasten.

Took Bad Advice
It's a beautiful coat, but I took the advice that it ran big, so I bought a small (Usually wear a medium). Sleeves are long, which is good, but it doesn't button. Not hugely small, but I can't wear it. Very disappointed.

The fabric and style of the coat are great. The fit is small. The coat arrived with a hole in the pocket. I put my keys in the pocket and had to fish around in the lining for a while, making me late.
