Kembria Mesh Stripe Half Zip Top

I saw this on two different influencers’ YouTube videos, and I felt like they immediately popped off the screen. I’m so glad I purchased this. It’s the perfect combination of casual and polished and it looks great on screen for remote work.

I really liked this top on, it does look much better in person. As to laundering it, I strongly advise hand washing this. I have a wardrobe of Varley and I always wash inside out in the delicate cycle, cold water and I never use the dryer, as the label says. Still, my Kembria in blue shrank from a small to an xxs. If I hadn’t of washed Varley many times before I would have thought my washer blew up, it did not.

The photo on the website doesn't do this top justice. I tried this on in store and loved the stone blue color and the fit which made me look like I have more of a waist than I really do. I would wear this partially unzipped. There was only one sweater in my size and it had a few loose threads so I ordered one online and fingers crossed it arrives in great condition. I can't wait to wear this.

This top is just a weird fit. I usually like Varley and take a small in their clothing, but this top runs differently. It's tight at the bottom and very poofy on top. I am unsure if sizing down would fix the issue given the nature of the top. It almost looks like something from the 80's. Yikes!

This top fits in my usual size small. It has a lovely drape to it with the banded bottom. The half zip lies flat when open. The material is sheer yet I was able to sport the whitecap grey which is more ivory in person, with a nude bra without any extra layering. The material is surprisingly soft.
