Kelsey Raw Hem Kick Flare Jeans

The employee who helped me in store was very helpful. I needed a smaller size in the waist and regular length for a couple of pairs of Kut from the Kloth jeans. So, she went into their system to have them ordered and sent to my home. Unfortunately, online (and apparently in their system at the register) the name of this item doesn't mention that these are shorter (ankle length) than regular length jeans. When my order arrived, the tag on the jeans says ankle. Of course the online image shows they are ankle length, but it doesn't say they are ankle length in the name. The waist fits fine with the jeans that were shipped to me. It's just the length isn't the length that I wanted. The actual Kut from the Kloth brand website mentions in the name that it is ankle length. It would be helpful if Nordstrom did the same for their employees and customers.

For 11 years I have been buying this brand. I own 2 pairs in this style that I wanted to replace. I wear a size 12 or 14 in this brand and purchased both sizes. The fabric has been changed to a poor quality thinner denium. And the jeans are almost 2 inches longer than the description. The weight of the fabric is key to the fit of these jeans as they have a frayed hem. So they are going back.
