Oh how I wanted to keep these unique, sexy booties! The heel is beautifully crafted but..it’s stiff, not bendable when you take even a baby step. I tried, I tried, I tried but, back to Nordies they went. I returned them to The Grove in LA, in case someone is looking for a 9EU.

Right bootie amazing...the left Not so much
My feelings are hurt that I had to place this return😪I just cannot see past the toe and stitching flaws. One boot looks perfect the other appears refurbished. Called a few times for a reasonable resolve (Cobbler repair, credit, etc.) and an acceptable solution wasn't reached. A repair in my area meant further out of pocket expense and the $50 credit wasn't sufficient. Then to find out the boot hit an increased discount...no they have to go back.
