UPS
I’ve purchased two pairs of this boot, one in black and then one in brown, unfortunately they only lasted four months, the trend easily wears away and the top of the boot tears away. I love the way they feel while working, but I can’t afford to buy new boots every four months. Working for UPS and being on my feet nine to 11 hours a day I need a more consistent adorable boot.

Great flat walkers
These boots are fantastic for long, flat treks that require you to be on foot for an entire day… as soon as you add even the slightest bit of incline, the boot completely loses the ability to hold the heel in place. The heel lift in these boots is definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I gave the boots the benefit of the doubt and figured I just had to break them in, so I’ve tried them on 5 different hikes; each hike resulting in worse blisters than the last.

Best shoes if you're on your feet constantly!
I love these shoes. I am a letter carrier for Canada Post, so on my feet constantly. Usually go through multiple sets of shoes year to year. These hold up for most of the year. The only thing that goes are the grips (by month 7or 8)which is completely normal in my industry. All the other shoes I've had I would be buying new shoes every 4 months!

Nice Boots but...
I like the style of the boots, and they feel good. They are a bit narrow, I bought the same size as my Austin's, but they are much tighter, and even feel smaller. I have a 1.5 km walk near me that I have done 3 days in a row now after wearing around the house for a week. The ripples on the bottom of the outersole lugs have already worn smooth and started wearing into the lugs now. Less than 5 km on them and they are wearing out that quickly? Quality has gone downhill since my last Keen purchase.

Not that comfortable
I replaced a pair of Targhee III's with this pair, and the comfot level between the two is night and day. The tempo is not comfortable at all. It's as if the sole doesn't fit my foot correctly. The Targhee's were amazing from day 1. These hurt me feet, I get toe pain when they flex going uphill and i just can't stand for long periods of time in them. I may need to go back to Targhee's or find a different brand of boot. The look is good, the feel not so much.

Good purchase
I’m delighted with my new Keen outdoor shoes. They fit perfectly and are very confortable. The grip is fine and the balance right. Low weight and remain even dry on the journey.
