I felt the difference the minute I put them on. These shoes are not built for looks but more so their utility and in that department, they are five star. They are comfortable and do provide some arch support. I have not yet worn them in the rain to test their waterproof claim, but I'm satisfied this far.

Sole glue is not good
These are complete garbage. They are environmentally friendly and end user worthless. Soles feel apart literally within 4 days of ownership. Stay using materials that keep the soles together. Used to live KEEN. Will NOT buy another pair.

Great for walking too!
These shoes are still a bit new but I'm very pleased so far. The fit is great. I have a wide foot and choices are limited. I needed a waterproof shoe for my daily walks and they've kept my feet warm and dry. They're keepers!

A Perfect Fit
I bought these online with the Nordstrom sales person's help when they weren't available in the store - I never like to buy shoes without trying them on. But I was replacing a four-year old pair of similar design (also Keen) that I had picked up at a walking store in Berkeley, so I was hopeful that they would be a good fit. When they arrived and I tried them on I was immediately struck by their comfort and how "accurate" the sizing was. Since then I've put many miles upon them and they are indeed waterproof and remain my favorite casual shoe. You can't go wrong with this one!

Well made shoe! Need to improve inserts
Day one test so far so good. My heel lifted up a bit but being new shoes assume this will improve with wear. Inserts that come with shoe are marginal Keen should include quality inserts in the base shoe. Luckily I ordered inserts and was lucky I did. So far so good!

Sturdy and strong
I'm about to start my 4th trip to walk the Camino de Santiago with these shoes and they are still going strong. My only caution is the fabric at the top to tighten the laces. Keen should make something stronger there.
