Problem Solved!
I ordered the Seacamp II sandals for my granddaughter. They are fabulous shoes. BUT, what I love the most was that I ordered a size too small. I contacted Keen and they helped me return them and get another pair. I ordered the new pair, paid for them, and returned the first pair. It was easy and there was no fuss. I didn’t have to pay the return shipping either. The refund for the first pair was in my account very quickly. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant.

We Love Keens
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another great pair of Keens. Unfortunately, I think my littles feet are a bit too wide for these. After wearing them several times, it seems like they are super tight on her. We got the right size based on the measurements but I think her feet are just too wide and thick :) But older one didn't have this problem.
