Bait and Switch
Spent time with a great stylist helping me to find the perfect shoe for the dress I purchase from Nordstrom . She found these beautiful shoes and although I would usually not spend this much money - I saved on the dress so I could justify . I was so excited to get them . They showed up a size 6 and I had ordered ( on the order clearly stated a six 7.5 . Got them less than a week later - called immediately to tell them they shipped the wrong size and they said sorry we no longer have that size . Its clear they sent the wrong size on purpose . BAD customer service . Even Nordstrom no longer gives good customer service .
