'stelli' floral print fit & flare dress

I love the print of this dress but the material has no give and I was literally not able to move my arms forward. I don't have very broad shoulders so that wasn't the reason - just no give in the fabric. I ended up returning it and getting the skirt version!

I ordered this dress for a summer wedding ok attending and wanted it to work out so bad. Unfortunately, when it arrived it didn't fit well in the arm area. I read other reviews that said the same thing but I loved the print and thought I'd try it out. Regardless of what size I tried, the arm area was really tight and hard to get out of. Also, there was too much lining in the dress which made me look heavy, not flattering at all. Too bad since it's such a pretty print.
