Received gross, used item.
I received my order and it was a gross, worn and used wallet. It even had the previous customer's dime and penny in the coin slot. I contacted Nordstrom. The item was sold old. They issued me a return label and then I had to be inconvenienced by packaging it up and driving to a FedEx to return it to Nordstrom. Terrible experience and customer service. I expected more from the Nordstrom experience.
