Not sure if breaking in will loosen up
The small bit of leather on the straps does not have much give and hurts the top of your foot and top of toes. Not sure if breaking these in will help. Im on the fence if im keeping. I have a very similar black and cork pair from another designer, which has a leather strap. Those are incredibly comfortable and you could practically run in them they molded to your feet so well. I was hoping these would be the same but I think I may be let down.

like walking on a tightrope
These are beautiful! The color, the curve around the toe, all of it. The reason I’m rating it 3 stars is because I felt really unstable walking, like I was on a tightrope. With a toddler in tow, I can’t risk getting sideways in these and twisting my ankle. Shame because the look amazing. Maybe better for someone with better balance than me.
