'licorice too' genuine calf hair pump

These shoes were on my list for some time and I took a chance and bought a pair in "new camel patent." They compliment my brown skin tone very well and that is no easy task as most "nude" shoes are too light and are not flattering. I bought my regular size 9 and the were a little tight but stretched out with wear so I would say the shoes are true to size. They are sexy and breathtakingly beautiful. I can't wait to purchase more colors.

This shoe in the stone color is perhaps the most beautiful heel that I have ever seen. It could / should be able to be worn with almost any color. However, the shoe was unforgiving in heel height, shoe slope, and rigid structure. I live in HIGH heels, but this was a heel of another order. Purchased in two different sizes, hoping that the problem was just incorrect sizing on my initial purchase. Nope! Unless you are 20-something and still somewhat reckless, consider looking further. Or look for an orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist to marry! The two stars are for outstanding visual design and color; however, would be nice to be able to stand or walk in them. Not able to do so without severe pain and risk of injury.

I wanted to write a review so folks who are unsure of this shoe's color have another reference. This bright yellow borders on neon with a twinge of lime. Its not a muted yellow like a banana; it is bright yellow, more like a lemon. I for one like it. A couple of the girls in my consrvative office said it was too bright for them, but my boss - who is quite fashionable himself - noticed and liked it. Also of note is that the shoe fits rather snug on my size 8 foot. I border on being a narrow and would recommend to anyone who is not a "small" size 8 to get a 1/2 size up. However, the shoe is comfortable on me in size 8. In fact, I liked the shape and style of this shoe so much that I ordered it in black too. Actually, I ordered the Fuzia but it was really neon pink #nothing like the online photo#, so I exchanged it for black. The heel height is rather comfortable for wearing around the office all day. No problem walking in it at all. In general, I love this shoe and wish I could get it in more colors with this heel height - Licorice Too is slightly shorter than regular Licorice pumps.

These heels are to die for. I just received them today and I absolutely LOVE them. For having a pointed toe, they are totally comfortable and from the walking around the house I did, my feet never got sore. I'm wearing these incredible heels to an event next weekend with a purple dress and I can't wait! I would recommend ordering them true to size. I wear a 7 1/2 in pretty much every type of shoe and that is what I ordered and they fit very well.

I had to send them back - because they just hurt. I have a true size 10 and that is what I ordered. But these shoes pinched on the sides right away. I wanted them to work - but they just didn't.

This is a stunning shoe but is probably the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. You would think Kate Spade would have checked that before she put her name on it. I wore them to a wedding but had to take them off and wear flip flops for most of the evening. Would not recommend as they are quite costly for not being able to wear comfortably.
