hudson pebbled leather belt bag

I was super excited for this to arrive because it was on sale and so beautiful! However, when I opened the package the leather was obviously damaged at first glance. Why they would still ship this item to a customer is beyond me…?? Now they are sold out in Black and I cannot even exchange it so I had to return it and now need to search for a different version… but the sale is over and everything is twice the price now. Very disappointed. I love you Nordstroms, this is not in your character.
