'hawthorne lane - ryan' tote (Nordstrom Exclusive)

I LOVED this bag when i 1st bought it. Great size, beautiful stripped pattern, i got sooo many compliments. Only drawback was the quality of the leather:( it started to lose its form within less than a month

I received this tote ('crisp linen / cement' color) as a gift. Not only is it a lovely and thoughtful gift, it is one of the two most functional and favorite purses of my life. This has been my daily "go to" purse all spring, and it will be through the summer and probably into future springs / summers. It is just the right size (not large and cumbersome), matches my casual life, carries everything I could need (including an occasional sweater or wrap), and the color is so neutral that it goes with almost everything. Recommend it highly!

I ordered the black and cream and love it! It's a good size bag but not too big. I'm using it as both a purse and diaper bag and it's the perfect size to fit what I need. And have already received lots of compliments on it!

I purchased this Kate Spade Handbsg for my daughter, as a birthday gift. I ordered this online and was thrilled when I opened the package. It's large and can hold many items. The inside has 2 large pockets, big enough for cell phone, lipsticks, etc. It has a clasp closure (not sure that's the correct terminology), which is the only thing I didn't like. I prefer a zipper, but most purses like this have this type of closure. The outside is gorgeous. The print is unique and I love the Kaye space heart charm that is attached to the shoulder strap. The outside material is durable and can be wiped to clean, if needed.

This bag is attractive and stylish, and is big and holds a lot. But it's very heavy - it weighs as much empty as I would want a bag to weigh when it's full! Sad to say, it went back.

Deciding whether to keep or return. Like the size and shape and handle and price. Wish it had a zip closure for security. Expect that level of detail in this brand and did not get it.
