The delivery service left my box outside the security gate without even bothering to call me from the gate where I could easily buzz them in. This is the second time TForce has done that with my package. Anyone off the street could’ve taken it and if it had been stolen, all my privileges would be revoked by Nordstrom. TForce leaving packages outside a security gate when they can easily call from the gate is absolutely unacceptable and has caused ne to loose confidence in purchasing from Nordstrom.
