LOVE!!!!
I absolutely love this bag! I'm a teenager, and it fits everything I could ever need for school to shopping. I got the mulled wine/rose color and it may not go with everything but I'm gonna wear it with everything! Love this! Would recommend to EVERYONE.

Nice bag, lousy service
I ordered 2 bags, they came in different boxes (certainly don't mind wasting packaging material ??). One bag with strap missing tag already cut off, metal parts not wrapped as the other bag. So I called and was told I had to place new order and return the old one. I did. More than one week passed, the refund is nowhere to be seen. According to delivery record Nordstrom received the return week ago. Very slow action. The bags are nice looking but that doesn't give merit to the store.

LOVE!!!!

Beautiful
I purchased this once it went on sale, and got the money this is such a beautiful bag. I'm fairly tall for a girl (5'7") and the strap is long enough that the bag doesn't sit awkwardly against my hip if I use it as a cross body. It's spacious, zips nicely, and is lightweight. The only concern I have is the light color, which I love, I just hope it doesn't get dirty easily. The leather has a wax coating that helps repel stains and liquids so we will see how it holds up. It's beautiful!

Love this bag!
I received this bag as a birthday/Christmas present. I received the Cedar Street "Tavy" wallet in pink and wanted the purse to match. I love my "Elissa" in pebble/warm putty; the middle section was somewhat exposed and open, so I shopped for a comparable purse with zipper closure. The Cedar Street small "Hayden" seemed to fit. My wallet, make up bag, and sunglass case fit perfectly. My iPhone (in Mophie case) fits snugly in the inside open pocket. (There is a pair of open pockets and also a zipper pocket inside the bag.) The zipper closure is my only issue--it closes the purse but it can be challenging to get my iPhone or anything from the inside pockets. I have to remove my make up bag to do this without fuss. So, maybe in essence, this purse has a smaller interior than I expected, but I can downsize the make up bag for convenience. I still love it and plan to keep it!

Just the right size
I bought this bag for my daughter for Christmas. It is so cute on her yet very durable. It will be a bag she will use for years and if she doesn't, I'll be glad to take it!

Perfect!
I'm very petite (4 foot 11 and under 100 pounds) so normal satchels look completely huge on me. However, the Small Hayden Leather Satchel fits my petite figure perfectly! The bag is of really high quality, and it is a timeless piece. I see myself carrying this bag for a long time. I only wish it came in gingersnap!
