Goat Milk Moisturizing Cream

I've been faithfully using the old Goat's milk moisturizer for years. My skin had never been better and it was the only product that has ever worked for me truly. I bought a new bottle of this and noticed the re-branding, when I opened it smelled bad, had a different consistency and I immediately began to break out. I am so upset that they ruined a great product. Will never use Kate Somerville products again!!!

I had been using kate sommerville goat milk since 3 years after nordstrom medical esthetician introduced me to it, lately though my skin was not feeling as moisturized no matter how much i used it. Since I recently had a baby i thought it was just the stress of new lifestyle that was causing me skin problems then I read reviews here about ingredients changing. If that's true then that would explain the change in product performance. since then I switched to another brand Apsara and my skin has seen dramatic positive difference similar to how I felt when I had first switched to goat's milk 3 years back

I read a lot of reviews saying that they change the formula of this. I do not know any specifics, because this is a new moisturizer for me, but I have definitely been enjoying this! I use this to put over top of my retinol serum, also by Kate Somerville, and I also enjoy putting this underneath my Bobbi Brown face base prior to make up application. I really enjoy pairing this cream with other products, as it works wonders with all the ones I have tried! It really compliments them well. I have also used this on its own, And I think it would be absolutely fantastic for anyone with sensitive, or oily skin, as it is not too heavy of a moisturizer. Truly a great product!

I use this moisturizer every night and I can tell a huge difference in my skin. I usually have quiet dry skin but ever since I've been using this product my face feels soft and not flakey at all. A little goes a long way and the packaging is nice because unlike some other creams it only dispenses on how hard you press down. That way no germs or and thing can get in the cream because it's pumped out.

I really like how this nurtures sensitive skin, but my skin was extremely dry and it seemed to just get absorbed and be gone. My skin healed up from being really red and having irritation from previous product, but it has been dry from fall and this was sadly not a solution. I did pair it with the hydrating serum by Kate Somerville but that serum has silicones which clogged my pores and over the course of two weeks did not actually make a difference in my daily dryness level. When paired together I did get a good combo of dryness and redness relief, but still having dry patches annoyed me and I returned both products. I expect some kind of result from a month of goat milk and two weeks of use with the serum, but sadly not this winter :( I would recommend those who have dryness and sensitivity to still try out the goat milk moisturizer, it somewhat worked for me but not enough for it to become integrated into my routine.
