What it is: A limited-edition double-ended eyeliner with metallic and glitter pigment.
Who it's for: All skin types.
What it does: One end features a buildable, metallic block pigment for definition and illumination, and the other features a microfine, nonsticky glitter shimmer gel. It can be layered over your eyeshadow or worn on its own to define and add dimension to the eyes. The precise, thin-tipped brush makes it easy to create fine, glittery lines.
How to use: Using the metallic liquid eyeliner, draw a line starting at the inner corner of the upper eyelid, working toward the outer corner. If desired, layer the glitter eyeliner on top. Apply multiple coats of the buildable formula to reach your desired illumination.
