Change the packaging
There is an easy solution L'occitane go back to the round containers .if u don't want plastic then do the tin cans and use ur blue inserts that people can rebuy. Such an easy solution. And the tins r what u always had stuff in. You can't squeeze this out of tube

Won't purchase product in new packaging
I was ready to purchase this until I realized the packaging had changed and read the comments about the new packaging. I don't see how throwing away this plastic tube helps the environment so it must come down to a less expensive packaging option for L'Occtaine. If L'Occitane truly cared about the environment, they would have an option to refill the old tins.

NEW PACKAGING IS WASTEFUL AND BAD FOR ENVIRONMENT.
Been buying this body scrub for ages. This time it arrived new packaging- a TUBE. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. This is bad for many reasons. First, it is wasteful in that it is impossible to get all of the product out of the tube. Second, it is bad for the environment. It used to come in a nice tin. You could get every drop out of the tin, and after it was empty, the tin could be washed and used for myriad other things. I used mine to store hairbainds, paper clips, rubber bands, screws, nails, etc.... You could even get fancy and rust-oleum spray the tin to match your decor if you don't want the l,Occitane logo on there. I like to recycle these things and the new packaging is just plain wasteful. The only explanation for the change in packaging is to save $ by L,occitane. These new tubes will just end up in landfills... and they are jipping you of product as you can't get it all out of the tube. And anyone who has used this product before knows every little bit counts, as a very little goes a long way. And it is not cheap. Please go back to old packaging!!! I will be looking for a new scrub elsewhere. Sorry.

I have been buying this product again and again until....
Like the other reviewer, I miss the old packaging. Not just miss it, I can't stand this new packaging ! At the store they told me "oh it is better for the environment... less plastic." That is crazy! The tub it used to come in you could recycle or use over and over again. The new tube.... Well... for one, you can't squeeze all the product out! It's so thick (which is why it is so lovely) it sticks inside the tube and is Extremely wasteful! Also if your hands hurt or you have even a little arthritis, forget it. And if you squeeze too hard, well then you can waste it that way, too. Like the other reviewer, it was a wonderful sensory experience to scoop out the scrub from the tub. And if L'Occitane was smart, they would realize you use more product with the wonderful sensory feeling from scooping out of the tub. This was my favorite L'Occitane product, hands down. But if you can't get it out of the packaging, what is the point? I have been finding old tubs of this and buying them up. When I run out... well, I hope L'Occitane has read our reviews and goes back to the Perfectly Wonderful tub it used to come in! Or I will be looking for a new scrub :-(

Maybe their best product
OMG this stuff is a miracle. I have the old packaging, which is fine,but this looks better. Either way, this is the best body scrub I have ever used. After a major ankle break and with really dry skin, I pounced on this when I saw it. It does not leave a mess of oil to. fall into but rather melts into your skin. Much like the hand lotion. Cannot say enough about this. Love, love it.

I love this product but I miss the old packaging ):
For whatever reason, I loved the sensation of dipping my hands into the container each time I needed more of this SUPER lush, rich, soul-soothing scrub. Squeezing from a tube just isn't the same sensation ):
