Definitely a statement cuff
I bought the gold for a wedding and Although a bit pricey I kept this one out of the three I bought, it was definitely a statement piece ( what I was going for) it was adjustable, however for the price I expected it to come better packaged, it was just in a plastic bag, should have gotten maybe a pouch to store it in or even a box.
