I received an ugly Hershel bag.
Disappointed in you Nordstrom. Nordstrom sent me the wrong bag. It’s all good because, I saved money and got a dupe from Amazon. Thanks. I should be compensated a $10 gift card for my troubles.

Don't Get Orange
I bought the orange "15 and I suggest getting another color. W/in a few months the straps and bottom were faded and changed a different color. I only went to and from my families house. I didn't have a problem with the pink and from the other reviews this is common w/ the orange.

Great and stylish school backpack.
I got this Kanken Laptop 15 for my daugther as it was on her wish list. It's her daily backpack which she has stylized with all the accesories they hang on the backpacks these days. Even her fancy water bottle fits greatly in the side pocket. Inside is perfect for her chromebook and school stuff. And on top, she's gotten great compliments from her classmates.

So beautiful can't stop looking at it
I was put off by the reviews first, but then thought: I am a grown woman and even if it's bad, it is not the end of the world - I do want this style and I take a chance! And I am so glad I did!! God it looks good. Got the Super Grey one. Stylish and classy. Love it.

Handle with LOTS of care
I bought the orange color because it looked beautiful. After a couple of uses, the back had a weird discoloration on the bottom. I’ve tried cleaning it gently but it won’t go away. It’s an expensive bag to be discolored so quickly. I am disappointed!
