I worried I'd ordered half a size too large (12...I'm usually a 11 or 11.5), but it's fine, they fit well. Can easily stamp on the heel and turn them into a mule if you want, they're clearly constructed to allow this. Soft and comfortable, they feel sturdy, very well made. Not overly warm despite being made out of wool.
