What it is: A fragrance dedicated to the spirit of a man who chooses his own destiny with passion and confidence.

Fragrance story: K by Dolce&Gabbana Eau de Parfum for men opens with a blend of Sicilian lemon, sparkling blood oranges, juniper berries and cardamom, creating an effervescent head accord. The heart is enlivened with a creamy touch of fig, combined with spicy notes of chili pepper, accents of geranium, delicate clary sage and energizing lavender, tinging the scent with intense sensuality. The fragrance then unfurls to a seductive base of Virginian cedarwood, fiery patchouli, smoky notes of nagarmotha wood, and Haitian vetiver. A fragrance created by Daphne Bugey and Nathalie Lorson exclusively for Dolce&Gabbana.

My mistake
I had gotten a sample elsewhere & remembered the die-down scent I fell in love with. However, upon purchasing this, the scent is very different, so I assume the mistake is with me. I disliked this scent, right from the top notes to the bottom notes.

Special occasion perfume
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The D&G K perfume smells great. It's woody and fruity with a good balance of both. It's not intense and settles really well in to an alluring fragrance. It also lasts a long time. Definitely one for special occasions.

Different from usual

Masculine and pleasant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lemon and fog are heavily present here with this fragrance. A very masculine fragrance with dominant male notes. Smells classy and expensive which is a well known trait of d&g. However, I'd say great value for money as lasts a long time and throw is powerful. Lovely blue bottle too.

Really Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried a sample of K by Dolce&Gabbana and thought it was really good. It was super fresh and fruity and was ideal for wearing during the day. It’s still very much a male fragrance and has noticeable woody undertones. The fragrance lasted well I found and I could still smell it before heading home for the day!
