Ridiculous!

Unfortunately, I wish I could give this review a 0 because I haven't received them yet. Ordered on 12/23. Today is 1/7 and no sneakers. What is more disheartening is Nordstrom's nonchalant response to me not receiving my order. The size under and above the size I ordered is now sold out so if they don't fit, too bad for me. I have never received this kind of below average service from Nordstrom so it's so unfortunate they don't care about customers. Ignore the fit and width since.... I haven't received them yet after more than 2 weeks.
