Cleanup can be fun as they can toss toys in the built-in compartment and twists the tail to make them “rain” down, ready for their next adventure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this comes in SO MANY pieces, and because of that takes some time to put together. But I will say, instructions are clear, pieces are clearly labeled, and my 4 year old was able to screw all of the screws in himself which shows it’s not hard to put together. Just takes time. The toy itself is very cool in that it has the duplo side and the road side to play in many different ways. It’s also super cute, all of the animals around the sides and the fact that it’s a giraffe was very appealing to my 4 and 2 year olds. What I will say, is it’s hard, if not impossible, for either of my kids to take off the top board to flip over or take toys out from the inside storage area. It’s just too heavy and big for them to maneuver which isn’t ideal as a parent would always need to switch for them. Secondly, the tail keeps falling off? Perhaps we put it together incorrectly but it’s a bit annoying for my kids to have it always falling off when they touch it. Overall it’s a very cute toy, but not the easiest for kids to use on their own.
