Jun 4.1 Genuine Shearling Lined Slipper (Women)

I loved the look of this slipper but the fit was weird. It was suggested to size up if in between sizes, which I did. Unfortunately, trying to walk in these handsome slippers was a chore because the low profile back did not keep my foot from slipping out. Going smaller would not have helped this issue so I had to return.

First off I went directly into Nordstrom to purchase theses slippers and when I got to this very nice Nordstrom no one could help but stand around and play like they had no clue they had on a name badge in the shoe department 🥸 so I start to walk around the shore department then decide to go to the counter and stand there and wait and finally a gentleman walk up and I ask him if he had the slippers because I had call and was told they had them which he said they don’t carry them until he ask a young lady sale person and she told him yes so he came back and ask my size. He came out with three boxes two colors well I tried the sizes on too small 😞 he said I can order the right size and color and they will arrive tomorrow ( perfect so I paid ) mind you when I was opening up the boxes to see the slippers very nicely packaged and even had a nice felt bag to put the slippers in 🙏🏼 So I get the slippers the next day and I open up the package with excitement only to a completely different package for these slippers that cost $160 😳😡 destroyed and rubber band box not nicely put together item that I just paid $160 no felt bag and not even the right size so I have to send them back and pay even more money to drive them to a Norstrom to drop them off… all bad and I even call customer service and I have not heard bad from them. Not good !!
