What it is: A dermatologist-developed lotion that's Clinique's #1 face moisturizer in a jumbo size. The silky, fast-absorbing moisturizing lotion with pure urea and glycerin rapidly strengthens the skin barrier.

Who it's for: Ideal for very-dry-to-dry combination skin types.

What it does: The daily moisturizer provides 8-hour hydration and soothing moisture for your face. It hydrates to soften, smooth and improve by replenishing skin's oil-water balance for a healthy complexion. The skin-strengthening formula strengthens skin's own moisture barrier so more moisture stays in. The silky formula slips on easily and absorbs quickly. It's suitable for post-procedure skin, as soon as one day post a nonablative laser procedure*.

Feels great!

I've always used the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion by Clinique and this new formula is awesome. I have dry, combination skin and it really maintains moisture without making me greasy. Love it. Another great product from Clinique.

Moisturizer plus

I can't believe how horrible this made my face feel. My foundation felt like it was glued on and didn't blend well after using this moisturizer. Don't purchase!!! Clinique please stop trying to improve on your products that have always been perfect and flawless. This type of marketing forces your clientele to purchase with other lines. Big mistake!

Sticky

Stay with the original formula. This new formula is very sticky on the face and doesn't absorb very well.

Not Oil-free; clogs pores

I have been using the original version for more than a decade and it worked. Not the best but good for everyday use. This replacement feels richer, thicker, and at first seemed to deliver that "better" skin as advertised. Then pimples started to appear and some whiteheads and some itchiness! If you have sensitive skin, this is not for you. Check the Clinique web site and it is not Oil-free. The original was. Too bad the original was reformulated.

Dramatically Different Plus Grease and Acne

I have been using Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizer for 15 years, so when I recently purchased it on line, I did not realize that Clinique had changed their formula. I have been using the Plus formula for 2 weeks and it is awful. It does not absorb and remains greasy under my make-up. I started to break out after the third day of using the "plus" formula and now my face and neck have acne on them. I stopped using this today and will be returning it for either the Gel formula or a moisturizer from another product line. About me - my skin tends to be oily in the summer and combination/dry in the winter.

disappointed

I just read some reviews and kind of agree with the previous customer who put the following: "I can't believe how horrible this made my face feel. My foundation felt like it was glued on and didn't blend well after using this moisturizer. Don't purchase!!! Big mistake" I used to buy it for my husband, my daughter and me. We all are very disappointed. Heavy, sticky, face feels like glued. The old version for this moisturizer worked just perfect! Many of my friends think just the same. We are very sad that our favorite product for years - old dramatically different moisturizing lotion is no longer available. We going to look for the different product/brand - just forced to do so.

Heavy and greasy

I received a sample of this and figured I would give it a try as my original DDML is running low. (I have been using the original DDML for 38 years). I put this on this morning, under my normal make up, and now my face feels like it is coated with a thick, greasy heavy foundation (even though I used just a light tinted moisturizer over the DDML+) It almost feels like my face is coated in Vaseline. I can't wait to get home tonight and wash my face.
