How to use: Use 1-2 times per week at morning or evening. Apply a thin, even layer to a clean, wet face, massaging in a circular motion for 30 seconds. Leave on for up to 2 minutes. Well Loved For a Reason
I think that this is the product that really put Kate S on the map outside of her reputation amongst the Hollywood elite, and with good reason! Please keep in mind that I am writing based upon my own experiences and tolerance to active ingredients. What could be mild to one person can burn someone else!
This is my "mid-level" exfoliator, a nice combo of both chemical and physical exfoliant. I use about 2x a week. I have an extremely light enzyme cleanser for daily use, and a much more potent AHA/BHA treatment I use once a week. As a retinol user, I think it's important to gently exfoliate daily in order to avoid flaking. My Exfolikate works wonders. I use it in the shower where my pores are open, scrub gently, then leave it on while I wash my hair. The results are great and I love how my serums absorb so quickly after I use it.
It's pricy, and could easily be too powerful for newbies to chemical exfoliation, so I strongly suggest you get a sample - enough for 3 uses - to see how well it works for you and if your skin adapts to it. I really love it, and while I won't rule out trying something else, I know that I can always fall back on this!

It is really severe
I used this product once and my face got really red, swollen, and puffy. My face has never been worse in my life, it stings and I am planning on going to a dermatologist because of it.

Must have exfoliater
This is my second bottle of Exfolikate. I absolutely love the smell, so spa-like, and luxurious to use. I see an immediate difference in my skin after using. When I want a glow, I will exfoliate with this and my skin looks fresh and renewed. I am uncomfortable buying expensive skincare products but this a a must for me, and this big bottle should last me close to a year!

Not as strong an exfoliator as the name sounds
I use the Clarisonic regularly, use AHA products, done chemical peels, and have used scrubs for decades. This product for me was very mild. I think maybe for someone new to exfoliating, this might be considered intensive. I will not re-purchase.

Fantastic Product
I initially used got sample of this product. I liked it so well I went out and bought it the 2 oz tube. I then had my mom try. She liked it so well I go it for her for mothers day. When I saw the 5oz size on sale for the anniversary sale I immediately bought. This product leaves my skin with an amazing glow. It exfoliates well but is not too harsh!
