Isabella Acrylic Champagne Flute

I searched for 2 dozen quality disposable champagne flutes - Nordstrom’s listing popped up read the details and made purchase. Not even a minute later I realized the item was a single flute and NOT 24. I immediately canceled the order - and Nordstrom confirm the we request to cancel and said processing my cancellation. Next morning I checked to assure it was cancelled to find the order was already too far along to cancel - again, I cancelled not even a minute after I made purchase and it was 11pm at night. When I called customer service I was told - yeah once u make your purchase it will ship to U and then if U still want to return it’s free. I asked why did they offer an option to cancel - Nordstrom answer - cuz we have to. The fact is the chances the customer won’t bother returning is much higher if they ship the item. WHAT A SCAM!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM NORDSTROM ONLINE AGAIN!!!
